In the last year, the firm has completed property inspections and evaluations on over 15-million square feet of commercial, residential and industrial properties throughout the United States and Mexico. As part of these services, the firm establishes overall condition of the property and improvements, generates capital improvement budgets, researches zoning and building permitting history, and verifies flood zone and earthquake hazards. The firm is a member of the Federation of Real Estate Appraisers and holds a Class A Certificate from that organization.
