Contracts ranged from $100,000.00 to $19 million. Projects included commercial, light industrial and heavy highway. Responsibilities included contract administration, estimating, business development, and contract negotiations. Established excellent record of completing quality projects on time and under budget. |

Firm completed average of $3.5-million per year in commercial construction contracts including retail, educational, office and public and governmental buildings. |

Responsible for planning, design, construction and maintenance programs for new and existing facilities. Duties included solicitation and administration of contracts for architectural work, engineering, subcontracting and vending for new construction and remodel work. Set up comprehensive safety and EEO programs. Oversaw all site, exterior, and interior design operations. Managed procurement, installation and maintenance of all refrigeration and merchandising equipment. Set up program to respond to Federal requirements for CFC reporting and phase out related to all HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Managed department budget of $1.5 million per year and capital budget of over $25 million per year. |

Direct management activities related to facilities and acquisitions for an industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with assets in excess of $2-billion. Responsible for management and oversight of capital budgets of approximately $20-million/year including related accounting and budgeting functions. Operations involve industrial sites, developments, and buildings in 20 states. |

Providing construction manager services on wide range of commercial and industrial projects throughout the United States. Consulting projects include industrial, residential, resort, commercial and retail facilities. Have completed due diligence work on over 6-million square feet of building space in the last year. Currently have in excess of $20-million of commercial / residential construction management work in progress.
