Asset Construction Management was hired to serve as CMGC for Juniper Ridge Community School in the fall of 2018. We have worked closely with school personnel, Architects, and Engineers to deliver a new 16,920 square foot facility on an undeveloped property off of 1st and Patterson in Grand Junction, CO. Construction began in early 2019 with significant site work to bring the landscape to buildable condition. Over the spring and summer months, we have constructed three wood-framed classrooms and an administration wing which was attached to a multipurpose room constructed using a pre-engineered metal building.
